1. Book Your Creative Session
Click this link to open Calendly and select a 30-minute timeslot to connect with one of our creative specialists. During this call, we will:

a. Share brief introductions and contact information

b. Discuss your ideal commercial’s key message (standard commercial length: 1 minute/1 key topic; additional minutes/topics available for purchase)

c. Determine the vibe and theme of your video (viewers should feel ____)

d. Choose music and pacing style (cinematic, upbeat, luxury, minimal, etc.)

e. Identify assets needed (photos, logos, listing details, branding, etc.)

f. Determine aspect ratio(s) for your video (e.g. 9:16, 1:1 for instagram, etc.)

g. Talk about pricing, add-ons, touch points and target completion date (Example add-ons: additional commercial length/topic, a product review mini podcast, an animated flyer, etc.)

 

2. Upload Your Assets (if not already provided)
You’ll receive a link to upload any images, videos, branding, or text you’d like included.

3. Production Begins
Once everything is confirmed, our team begins crafting your video. First payment deposit is due at this time. You’ll receive daily updates and the opportunity to provide feedback on the commercial's development to make sure we are aligned. You can make two revisions before final delivery.

4. Final Delivery

Your completed video will be delivered in high quality, ready for social media, Shopify/Amazon, etc.. Note: Final remaining balance (amount dependent on add-ons)  is due through PayPal prior to receiving final video link. We will email you a custom link to your invoice.
